1. Turn on Adobe After Effect, and Import the .exr files and select "Open EXR Sequence"

2. Set up the Frame from default "30f/sec" into "25f/sec".
right click the sequence, choose: Interpret Footage> Main
a pop screen shows up, and change the frame from "30" to "25"!

3. drag the file into the work file and preview the video.
Adjust the video :
a. Motion blur
Select the video clip, choose Effect>Time>Pixel MotionBlur

b. colour correction
Select the video clip, and choose: Effect> Colour Correction> Curve

I like to save one scene's curve adjustment data, so I could use it on the other shots in this scene.

4.Export the files for Adobe Premier
File>Export>Add to Adobe Encore Media Quene

check the location, and click the green arrow on the very right top.

5. Import EXR files into Adobe Premier

Find the location and select the first file, select the "Image Sequence", then click Open.

The video clip will show in Premier now.
